1. Service Scope

Scenic Bus Booking operates as an authorized online seat seller agent. We do not own or operate any buses ourselves. Our service is limited to helping customers find, select, and book bus seats available across various operators.

2. Accuracy of Information

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate passenger names, ages, travel dates, and contact details during the WhatsApp chat. Scenic Bus Booking will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by the user.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is verified and a PDF ticket is issued to the customer via WhatsApp.

Ticket fares are dynamic and subject to change by the bus operators until the final payment is made.

4. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must report to the boarding point at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Scenic Bus Booking is not liable if a passenger misses the bus due to late arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

Since we are an intermediary agent, Scenic Bus Booking cannot be held liable for:

Bus delays, cancellations, or route changes by the operator.

The quality of service, behavior of the bus staff, or condition of the bus.

Loss or damage to passenger luggage.

6. Jurisdiction
