Welcome to scenicbusbooking.com. By accessing our website or using our WhatsApp-based booking service, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions given below.
1. Scope of Service
Scenic Bus Booking works as an authorized online seat seller agent. We do not own any bus ourselves, nor do we run them. Our service is strictly limited to helping customers find, select, and book available bus seats on different operators.
2. Description of Service
We provide the facility to book confirmed bus tickets through a seat seller system. For the convenience of the user, this service is mainly provided via WhatsApp.
3. Booking Process
- Initiation: You share your travel details like (date, route, passenger information, travel time) via WhatsApp/phone.
- Quotation and Confirmation: We tell the final price by adding the base fare and our service fee. The booking process moves forward only after getting your clear approval.
- Payment: You make the payment via a secure UPI link or other methods provided by us.
- Ticket Issuance: Upon successful payment, we book the ticket and send the e-ticket to your WhatsApp/email within the given time.
5. Accuracy of Information ✍️
It is the complete responsibility of the customer to provide the correct passenger name, age, travel dates, and contact details during the WhatsApp chat. Scenic Bus Booking will not be responsible for any problem caused by incorrect details provided by the user.
6. Booking and Payment 💰
- A booking is considered confirmed only when the full payment is verified and a PDF ticket is issued to the customer via WhatsApp.
- The ticket fare is dynamic and bus operators can change it until the final payment is made.
7. Passenger's Responsibility
- Immediately checking the complete details (bus number, date, time) upon receiving the e-ticket and reporting any discrepancy within 1 hour.
- Not doing any fraudulent transaction or chargeback. Legal action can be taken on such activities.
- The passenger will have to report at the boarding point at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If a passenger misses the bus due to arriving late, Scenic Bus Booking will not be responsible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Because we are an intermediary agent, Scenic Bus Booking will not be responsible for these things:
- Delay in the bus, cancellation, or change in route by the operator.
- Quality of service, behavior of the bus staff, or condition of the bus.
- Loss or damage to the passenger's luggage.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms come under Indian law. In case of any dispute related to or associated with our service, the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India will be valid.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our service for these tasks:
- Commercial resale of tickets without permission.
- Any activity that violates Indian law.
- Using automated bots to interact with our agents. 🤖
- Harassing our customer support staff.
11. Modifications 🔄
We have the right to make changes to these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the 'Last Update' date. Continuously using our services means that you accept the new terms.
