1. How to Request Cancellation

Since we operate entirely via WhatsApp, all cancellation requests must be initiated by sending a message to our official WhatsApp support number: [Your WhatsApp Number] from your registered mobile number.

2. Operator-Specific Policies

Scenic Bus Booking is an authorized seat seller agent. Please note that the cancellation terms, partial refund percentages, and timelines are strictly governed by the respective bus service operators (e.g., the specific private or government bus company running the route).

The exact cancellation fee varies depending on how many hours are left before the scheduled departure.

Partial or zero refunds may apply for last-minute cancellations as per individual bus operator rules.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once a cancellation is confirmed by the bus operator, your refund (after deducting applicable operator cancellation charges and booking convenience fees) will be processed.

Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment source (UPI/GPay/PhonePe/Bank Account) used during booking.

The refund amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days.

4. No-Show & Partial Travel

No refunds will be issued for "No-Show" scenarios (if a passenger fails to board the bus on time) or if a passenger decides to discontinue the journey midway.
